1. How to request cancellation

Cancellation can be requested in the subscription dashboard or through official support channels.

For security reasons, account identity checks may be required.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal.

Except where legal refund rights apply, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

For online contracts, consumers may exercise withdrawal rights within 7 calendar days, according to Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.

MetaPro Trader may suspend or terminate subscriptions in case of default, fraud, Terms of Use violations, or conduct that compromises security.

After cancellation, reactivation depends on a new purchase under prices and terms in force on the request date.

This policy follows Brazil's Consumer Defense Code, Decree 7,962/2013 (e-commerce), and other applicable consumer rules.
