Rules for the collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal data on the MetaPro Trader platform.

GLOSSARY

For the purposes of interpreting this Privacy Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

a) Data Subject: a natural person to whom the personal data being processed relates, generally the platform User or any individual whose information is processed by METAPRO TRADER.

b) Personal Data: any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to, name, email address, phone number, electronic identifiers, browsing data, or any other data that allows direct or indirect identification of an individual.

c) Data Processing: any operation performed on personal data, including collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation, control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.

d) Controller: a natural or legal person responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data. For the purposes of this Policy, METAPRO SISTEMAS DE SOFTWARE LTDA., registered under CNPJ No. 65.581.205/0001-53, acts as the Controller of the personal data processed within its platform.

e) Processor: a natural or legal person that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, according to its instructions, including technology service providers, infrastructure suppliers, or operational partners.

f) Legal Basis: a legal ground provided by applicable legislation that authorizes the processing of personal data, including, among others, the data subject's consent, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, contract performance or preliminary procedures related to a contract, as well as the legitimate interest of the controller.

g) Consent: a free, informed, and unambiguous expression by which the data subject agrees to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose.

h) Data Sharing: any form of transfer, access provision, availability, use, or other form of processing of personal data carried out with third parties, by any means or format, physical or digital.

i) Cookies: small files stored on the User's device and used to recognize, track, and store browsing preferences.

j) User: any natural or legal person who accesses, uses, or contracts the services made available on the platform.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the rules regarding the collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal data of Users of the platform operated by METAPRO TRADER.

1.2 The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD) and other applicable regulations concerning privacy, information, and personal data protection.

1.3 By accessing or using the platform, the User declares awareness of the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. DATA COLLECTED

2.1 The platform may collect personal data directly provided by the User during registration, service contracting, or use of available features.

2.3 If paid services or features are contracted, information necessary for payment processing may be collected, which may be handled through specialized platforms or payment gateways. METAPRO TRADER does not store full credit card data or other sensitive payment information.

2.4 Information related to the use of the digital environment may also be collected, including access logs, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, browsing time, interactions within the platform, and User preferences.

2.5 The use of the platform may generate technical and operational data related to the use of its features, including system usage history, interaction logs with automated tools, parameters used in platform functionalities, performance metrics, and system usage. Such data may be used in an anonymized and aggregated manner for technological improvement, development of new features, and enhancement of artificial intelligence systems, without identifying individual Users.

2.6 METAPRO TRADER may use technical resources to analyse and improve platform performance, including data processing performed locally on the User's device to understand usage patterns, evaluate features, and improve user experience. Whenever possible, such data will be treated in an anonymized and aggregated manner.

3. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

3.1 The platform may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance browsing experience and ensure proper system functionality. These technologies may be used for session authentication, maintaining essential features, analysing usage patterns, and improving user experience.

3.2 The User may manage or block cookies through browser settings, being aware that some platform functionalities may be affected.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

4.1 Personal data collected may be used to create and manage user accounts, enable proper platform operation, provide contracted services, process payments when applicable, provide technical or operational support, improve functionalities, prevent fraud and illegal activities, investigate security incidents, misuse of the platform or violations of Terms of Use, develop and improve technological solutions based on algorithms or artificial intelligence systems, ensure platform security, perform institutional and operational communications, and, where applicable and based on a valid legal basis, send marketing communications.

5. DATA SHARING

5.1 METAPRO TRADER may share personal data with third parties whenever necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

5.2 Data sharing may occur with technology infrastructure providers, cloud storage services, information security providers, payment gateways, operational partners, or companies supporting platform functionality.

5.4 Whenever possible, contractual and technical measures will be adopted to ensure that third parties maintain adequate standards of data protection and confidentiality.

6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

7.1 The User may exercise rights provided by applicable law, including confirmation of data processing, access to personal data, correction of inaccurate or outdated data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawful data, data portability, deletion of data processed based on consent, information about data sharing, consent withdrawal, and opposition or review of automated decisions.

7.2 Requests related to these rights may be submitted through the platform's communication channels.

7.3 METAPRO TRADER may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester before fulfilling any request.

8. AUTOMATED PROCESSING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

8.1 The platform may use automated systems, algorithms, or AI-based technologies to generate probabilistic estimates, analyses, and informational content, without constituting binding automated individual decision-making.

8.2 These systems aim to improve efficiency, quality, and functionality of the services offered.

8.3 Users may request additional information about criteria used in automated decisions that may affect their interests.

9. INFORMATION SECURITY

9.1 METAPRO TRADER adopts appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9.2 These measures may include access controls, encryption, system monitoring, internal policies, and risk management procedures.

10. SECURITY INCIDENTS

10.1 In case of a security incident that may result in risk or damage, METAPRO TRADER will take necessary measures to mitigate impacts and, when required, notify authorities and affected individuals.

11.1 Personal data may be stored or processed on servers located in Brazil or abroad.
