The Help menu items: manual, support, updates, and factory reset. Check for Updates shows Update available (…). Online manual: opens this manual in the browser.

The Help menu offers

Check for Updates shows Update available (…). with the Update now and Do not update buttons, or You're already up to date..

The About window shows the version, the update status, the company, the website and the system, and the Copy system information button (useful to send to support).
