Artificial intelligence on the chart

The chart AI recognizes patterns in the candles, marks a short label on the candle, shows the full reading in the reading panel at the corner of the chart, and…

10.1 How to enable AI

Use the AI button on the chart toolbar, the AI On/Off item of the context menu, or the Ctrl+I shortcut.

Recommended flow

Open the chart of the desired symbol and timeframe. Click AI. The button is highlighted when the AI is on.

The AI uses the data prepared for the Symbol + Timeframe pair (see section 11). When that data does not exist yet for the chart timeframe, the AI not trained for this timeframe notice appears, reminding you that each timeframe has its own data (data prepared on 2m is not used on 5m), with the question Do you want to open the training screen to choose the historical series now?.

If you click Train now

the Strategy lab opens on the AI data tab; the data for that timeframe is prepared; when it finishes, the chart AI turns on automatically.

When the data is 7 days old or more, turning on the AI may recommend refreshing it (because of age, a change in market behavior, or low quality of recent readings) and offer to open the lab.

Reading panel

The top-left corner of the chart stacks

the Day pill: the change since the open, in points and in % (turn it on in Settings > Appearance > Day change) the AI card: the latest pattern recognized by the AI, its confidence, and the Bias, Signal, Action, and Scenario rows the PATTERN card: the latest classic candlestick pattern, its strength in stars, its type, and the candle time, with a note that it is a visual reading only (the robot does not use it)

Click a card header to collapse it. The candle keeps only the short label, tied to the candle by a line: AI · Impulse Bear Continuation 65% for the AI and ★4 Hammer for the classic pattern.

The patterns shown on the chart can be controlled in Settings > Appearance: AI patterns (the ones that feed the consensus and the robot) and Classic candlestick patterns (doji, hammer, engulfing, and others, visual only).

10.2 How to enable the consensus panel

The consensus panel has its own Consensus button on the chart toolbar.

Opening the panel with the AI off turns the AI on too. Without the AI, the panel shows Enable Candlestick AI to load institutional consensus..

10.3 What the consensus panel shows

The AI Consensus panel sums up the latest AI reading.

in the header, the time of the last signal the state tags: the suggested action (Valid setup, Watch, Watch only, Wait confirmation, or Ignore), the direction, and the regime the gauge from -100 (bearish) to +100 (bullish), with the bias in text PATTERN DIRECTION REGIME CONFIDENCE CONTEXT RECENT SIGNALS (up to 8 signals; the first one is the same as the last signal)

10.4 How to interpret each panel field

Gauge

The gauge sums up the balance between buying and selling strength.

positive values favor a bullish reading (Bullish bias; from +65, Strong bullish); negative values favor a bearish reading (Bearish bias; below -65, Strong bearish); readings close to zero mean Neutral consensus.

Use the gauge as a direction filter, not as an isolated trigger.

Pattern

Shows the latest pattern recognized by the AI, for example Impulse Bear Continuation or Structural Bull Reversal. With no recent pattern, No recent pattern appears.

Use this field to understand whether the system is reading a reversal, breakout, continuation, or indecision.

Direction

Shows the main bias of the signal.

Bullish favors buy scenarios; Bearish favors sell scenarios; Neutral calls for waiting, extra confirmation, or less aggressiveness.

Regime

Sums up the market environment in which the signal appeared

Trend Volatile trend Range Volatile range Volatile neutral Neutral

Use the regime to decide whether the pattern makes sense at that moment. A continuation pattern usually works better in a trend. A reversal pattern needs more attention in ranging or exhausted markets.

Confidence

The AI conviction percentage for that signal.

The higher the confidence, the more consistent the reading tends to be. Still, read it together with Context and Regime.

Context

Sums up whether the current environment helps or hurts that pattern.

Even a good pattern loses value when the context is weak. Prioritize signals where Confidence and Context agree.

Last signal

Shows the time of the last pattern used in the consensus.

This field tells you whether the reading is recent or whether enough time has passed to require new confirmation.

Recent signals

Shows the most recent signals, each with the direction arrow, the pattern name, the time, the suggested action, and the percentage.

Use this area to check

repeated direction; regime consistency; improving or worsening confidence; agreement between the latest patterns.
