Login
When the application opens, the first screen is the login screen. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password: the portal opens on the reset page.

How to sign in
Fill in Email. Fill in Password. If you want the application to remember your data, turn on Remember me. The email and password are stored encrypted on this computer. If needed, change the language at the bottom. Click Sign in (or press Enter).
If you forgot your password, click Forgot password: the portal opens on the reset page.
Messages that may appear during this process
an invalid username or password message Unable to validate login. Please check your connectivity and try again. Error validating subscription. Please try again. Expired subscription Invalid/expired subscription Blocked account Error logging in. Please try again.
After signing in, the Preparing your workspace screen shows the three opening steps: Session started, Connecting to servers (with the state of each server: connected, connecting, waiting for 2FA code, or not connected), and Restoring charts and windows.
Important: each account can be open on one computer at a time. If the same account signs in to another MetaPro Trader instance, the previous instance shows a session-ended message ("Sessão encerrada") and closes. If the subscription stops being valid while the application is open, Access ended appears: the application closes, and open orders stay at the broker with their existing TP/SL, but the robot stops managing them.
